When I started trying to build myĀ vision ā the family, freedom, income, career, and lifestyle I dreamed of ā my strategy was to just work hard. Plan A was to work my ass off until the results came.
The problem was, the results werenāt coming.
MYĀ JOURNEY

I was doing all the things ātheyā say youāre supposed to do, but I wasnāt getting where I wanted to go. I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and utterly frustrated.
Instead of seeing my ājust work harderā strategy as flawed, I sawĀ meĀ as flawed, someone who just couldn't hack it. I felt ashamed of myself, andĀ so frustratedĀ with my inability to bring my vision to life.Ā Ā

- Iām married to the most amazing man, teammate, husband, and father I could imagine
- Iām a mom of 3 sweet kidsters
- I grew up in a town of 1,200 people
- We live in Idaho, andĀ love playing in Idaho's amazing backyard
- Iām a former competitive athlete, love watching most sports, and weāre big motorsports fan, too (my son races!)
...ABOUT ME

- My collegeĀ degree is in Business & Communications. Iāve consider additional degrees, but for now Iām most interested in diving deep into building mastery in all that relates to the art and science of transformational coaching
- The first successful business I built was in the real estate space
- We lost my mom to an aggressive disease that I believe was fueled by chronic stress; She never met my husband or held my babies. This is a driving force behind my passion for for helping womenĀ find balance in their ambitious lives. #balanceisntbullshit!
